Daniel Zico, Engineer/Instructor
Daniel Zico Espinoza is a professional Audio Engineer and Music Producer based in Canoga Park, California. After earning his associate of science degree in Recording Arts from the Los Angeles Recording School (LARS), he opened his own studio where he specializes in R&B, Hip-Hop, and urban music.
His approach to sound focuses on high-fidelity results, blending a technical education with a professional signal chain that includes Neve-style preamps, 1176-style compression, and Neumann microphones. By utilizing a calibrated Yamaha HS monitoring system, he ensures that every mix is transparent and ready for commercial release.
In addition to his work behind the board, Daniel is an active songwriter and artist. He is dedicated to supporting the Southern California creative scene by providing local talent with the professional engineering and production resources needed to bring their projects to life.

JP Hollywood, Founder and Program Director, is a sound and lighting consultant with extensive experience in live event production, studio engineering, and creative technology. As the owner of Loud & Clear Sound & Lighting, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences for concerts, corporate events, festivals, and recording projects.
His expertise includes live sound production, production consulting, studio engineering, and recording studio design and construction. He works closely with artists, producers, venues, and organizations to bring creative visions to life while ensuring seamless technical execution.
JP is also committed to creating vocational opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), helping participants develop technical and creative skills through hands-on training in real-world entertainment and production environments. His dedication to quality, innovation, and workforce development continues to support both artistic excellence and meaningful career pathways.
